  • Connect – stay in regular touch with friends and family members using different technology
  • Talk – talk to others about how you are feeling and don’t be afraid to seek out help from your doctor or a local mental health charity.
  • Self-care – look after yourself both physically and mentally. Engage in activities that relax your mind and body.
  • Values – connect and engage with things or activities that are relaxing and important to you.
  • Friends/family – think about how others can help you to stay mentally fit.
  • Relaxation – think about activities you can take part in that provide you with a sense of relaxation.
  • Stay active – throughout the day try and move around and be active. Take a break from work and walk around.
  • Action plan – build an action plan and identify helpful behaviours you in engage in that will support your mental health.
  • Where possible try and engage in daily physical activity. Exercise is great for boosting mood and reducing stress.
  • Teamwork – work together with your family to help and support each other with daily tasks.
