As part of this exciting partnership we have joined forces with USA Rugby to become their official Performance Psychology, Well-Being and Mental Health Provider to their National Teams and registered members. Mental health support for athletes and coaches has been at the heart of everything that we have focused on for the last 8 years. We have strived to not only provide people with coping skills that can support better mental health habits but we have also spent our energy and time on creating engaging resources that can reduce the stigma attached to mental health in sport. As part of our membership we are offering USA Rugby members with an exclusive offer to our content where they can access downloadable infographics and online courses
