Our working lives have changed drastically as a result of lockdown. It should be no surprise that with many of us having spent a year outwith our usual working environment that a significant number of us are feeling apprehensive about returning to the office.

  7. Breathe and slow down. Try and be fully present with the tasks you are doing and take your time.
  8. Talk it through with a colleague or manager. Don’t be afraid to share how you might be thinking or feeling.
  9. Learn some mindfulness techniques to help you stay focused on the present moment.
