The early warning signs of burnout

Burnout can be detrimental to our physical and mental health, and have long lasting effects if we don’t take steps to identify it and take a step back.

Whilst some individuals may shrug off irritability and feeling demotivated as just ‘one of those days’, if you find yourself feeling this way quite often and recognise alot of these symptoms it’s important to slow down, speak with friends and family and adopt some self-compassion.

  • Increasingly feeling irritable and as though you’re on a short fuse.
