Everyone wants to become the best possible version of themselves and achieve success. However, for many of us we tend not to actively work on this on a regular basis. We engage in unhelpful behaviours and focus primarily on the negatives and things that go wrong. If you want to become the best version of yourself it is important that you notice and acknowledge the positive aspects of yourself and start behaving like someone who has positive qualities and is deserving of happiness and fun.
In this training plan we want to provide you with some simple tools to help you acknowledge your positive qualities, attributes and strengths and how you can utilise them and use them on a regular basis. As well as this we will support you to learn an exercise to help you to start treating yourself more kindly.
