Within this training plan we are going to introduce you to the foundations of cognitive behavioural therapy. This will involve supporting you in developing a deeper understanding of how your thoughts, behaviours, feelings and physiology all connect together. As well as this we will provide you with the knowledge and understanding of how CBT practitioners would help individuals to identify a problem they might be experiencing and set effective goals to work towards. Finally you will be provided with 2 simple yet effective strategies to help you become more aware of your thoughts and a body scan technique to become more aware of emotions.
