THEORY: Positive self-belief is an internal aspect of your psychological make-up. When you are looking at achieving success and reaching your goals remaining positive is important. Self-belief must come from within.
PRACTICE: The practice of positive self-belief relates to asking questions. These questions relate to what you can achieve and how you will go about achieving these goals. Make it a habit to question your belief. Take control of your inner-self and focus on what your mind is informing you.
APPLICATION: During training start the positive self-belief process. During competition develop the positive self-belief process. Be patient, positive self-belief is not a natural process. It can take time. But with more practice the easier it becomes. However, you must remember what it is you want to achieve and whether this is realistic.
