Believe Perform and Mind’s physical activity team have teamed up

Written by Adam Morris

Believe Perform and Mind’s physical activity team have teamed up as part of a pilot project to develop resources to support people with mental health problems to return to physical activity post lockdown.

Mind use the power of sport and physical activity to raise awareness, tackle mental health stigmas and support those of us with mental health problems to become more active. They offer a range of resources and engagement opportunities for sports organisations wanting to support better mental health including newsletters, training, toolkits and regional network hubs to share best practice.  mind.org.uk/sport
