Kieran Handson

I am a 3rd year (BSc) Sport and Exercise Psychology student studying at University of Worcester and originally from Lincolnshire, England. Following my final year, I am looking to complete my masters in Sport and Exercise Psychology. Additionally, I find the psychological side of sport very interesting, with a special interest in anxiety and self-confidence. Although these are my preferred areas, the mental side to any type of sporting performance is interesting to me. When it comes to sports I’m interested in; football is my main sport although I play ultimate frisbee for the University of Worcester.
